We arrived around 2:00 AM. They didn't have the salmon filling. The server was quite confused. My crepe was supposed to be without cheese, and he added cheese. My husband's crepe was overcooked because he only realized afterwards that it didn't have salmon and asked us to choose another filling. Each crepe costs €7.50.

06/08/2026: Bistro-style restaurant. Friendly welcome. Likewise, friendly service. A bowl of water was provided for the dog without even asking. Beautifully presented dishes. Some delightful touches of creativity. Lovely seasonings. Be careful with the cooking of the pollack. Not much gravlax on the plate. (?) The desserts are delicious. A perfect ending. The quality/price ratio is a bit too high (in my opinion). But a pleasant experience nonetheless, and it's good!
30/06/2026: The restaurant is excellent. The three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) is served in generous portions, beautifully presented. Everything is delicious, expertly prepared, and homemade. Even the dessert is truly excellent!

22/08/2026: I highly recommend Le Fougaou in La Chaise-Dieu. We had a wonderful meal, a generous portion made with quality ingredients. The service was pleasant and quick, while still respecting our pace. The staff and owner were truly lovely. We will definitely return.
