The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had a raspberry and lemon pastry, and it was absolutely delicious! If you like those flavors, go for it! Their meringues are delicious too! There's a great selection, which is really nice.

Could do better on the calissons because they lack taste and are not ground enough for the almond paste. For the service, there is a lack of smiles and a gray atmosphere. Have a good day everyone.

Counter staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the croissants are dry and overcooked. Either they cooked them too long, or they're reheated from the day before. Recommend, but best careful.

Ice cream to die for, hot chocolate fantastic. The cakes are a delight. It's a good thing we didn't check the reviews beforehand, or we would have missed a holiday highlight. It's truly a mystery to me why this patisserie has such a relatively low rating so far. No tourist trap!

We stumbled into this place quite by chance, but we were more than happy with our chance. We had two small cannelés and the easily best ice cream of our vacation (pistachio, chestnut, caramel, and chocolate). Simply fantastic!

31/01/2026: Stopped in for a light lunch, and had wonderful escargot and chèvre flan salad. The restaurant is beautiful inside, the service was wonderful and food was all delicious
13/01/2026: Upon arriving in Nîmes, we were looking for a restaurant serving good local cuisine. No fast food or junk food. And luckily, we found Le Cheval Blanc. The restaurant is ideally located opposite the arena, and its decor evokes the world of bullfighting, with its colors, artwork, and bullfighter costumes. The staff is professional and very welcoming. The dishes are generous and delicious. In short, a pleasant lunch in an artistic and warm atmosphere.

19/01/2026: Nice place, great service but the food is very average….
16/01/2026: The setting is lovely, I've been there several times and the waitresses are very pleasant, however the food is inconsistent, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars.
