A lovely pastry shop in the center of Nîmes. Open on Sundays; their cakes are fresh and excellent. I recommend the lemon tart.

So, being a flan fan, I stopped to try this one, and I have mixed feelings. Visually, it looks good; you can see the vanilla seeds, which is nice. Now, taste-wise, it's really not very sweet, which is a plus, but the crust is rather bland and completely soggy. It doesn't hold its shape, which is a shame because the flan filling is excellent in both taste and texture (perfectly creamy). The crust ruins the experience; it's such a pity because it has incredible potential. And since I like my pastries less sweet, I found the base a bit under-sweet, so I was left wanting more. But thankfully, the price is reasonable (€2.50). I've also tried some bread here before, and it was very good.

22/03/2026: Very mixed feelings. The starter was excellent, but the main course for Mr. Salmon en Croûte was more like pastry with a little fish, and Mrs. Kebab was ordered well-done, but the inside of the meat was bloody and inedible. As a result, we didn't order dessert. Otherwise, the place is pleasant, although despite the empty tables, we ended up with a table in the middle.
08/03/2026: Excellent service, the waitresses were fantastic! The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. Good value for money.

02/11/2025: Excellent, succulent, exquisite, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some things... What more can I say? You have to go there to see for yourself!! Exemplary service at a fair price.
01/11/2025: Drawn in by the menu featuring an omelet with chanterelles and black trumpet mushrooms, you discover an exceptional spot: a awning-covered patio, an island of tranquility in the heart of Nîmes. The service is outstanding, the sommelier offers excellent advice, and the cuisine is homemade using fresh, local ingredients, orchestrated by renowned chef Sébastien Granier, a Bocuse alumnus (photo visible at the entrance). The wine cellar is top-notch... a set menu at €25, the omelet at €19... it's top-notch without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!
