I don't often leave reviews, but after seeing some negative comments, I wanted to share my experience. I've been there several times and I've never been disappointed. The food is excellent, the ingredients are high quality, and the pastries are truly incredible. It's a place I happily return to every time. Following the "On va deguster" program, a visit to try the famous Nîmes brioche (orange blossom, egg white icing!). To be enjoyed with a scoop of bourbon vanilla ice cream from the beautiful Aude region or from their own shop! Such a simple treat!

Charming little shop! We were looking for a Father's Day gift for my father-in-law, and Marie took the time to show us everything so we could choose the perfect gift. A bakery and pastry shop in the center of Nîmes, where it's not easy to move around inside, and quite typical. The service was okay, and the explanations about the regional products were alright. We tried the croquants, small cakes that were extremely hard—watch your teeth! They were good, but expensive for what they were. We also wanted to buy some tuiles, which looked quite beautiful and rather tasty, even though they were €40 per kilo.

16/04/2026: We arrived at 7:50 PM and waited over 20 minutes before our drinks were even served. Meanwhile, a group of four arrived after us, and we were served drinks plus a main course (there were only two of us). We are regulars at this establishment, so we were quite surprised to see that the appetizer to share, still at the same price, had been reduced by more than half in size.
16/04/2026: I was familiar with the one in Colmar, where I used to go near the cinema. I've only been here once so far; the Queen Victoria salad was very good, and the poached egg was perfect. The service was pleasant, and I'll be back.
