Peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the city center. The staff is competent and incredibly welcoming, responding to every request. The room is clean, and the restaurant/bar is great. The pool and jacuzzi are truly lovely for relaxing. I highly recommend it. 😊

We just ate at the restaurant for the third time this year for birthdays. Very good value for money, but please consider changing the hot dishes for the customers. And the bread – could you make something other than these mini long rolls, if you can even call them bread?

A huge thank you to the entire team at this hotel for the exceptional welcome I received. I arrived very late in the evening, and despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They even offered me food even though the kitchens had already closed, with genuine service and great kindness. The level of service is remarkable: there is always someone available, attentive, and ready to help. You can feel that the team is truly invested in the well-being of its guests. I would also like to especially thank Nour, who made a gesture I will never forget. He lent me his prayer mat and even found me a room where I could pray in peace. This is a service they don't usually offer, and this kind of thoughtfulness shows true respect and great humanity. The food was excellent, the rooms very clean, and the overall atmosphere very welcoming. A truly remarkable experience from beginning to end. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We stayed for almost a week in a suite at this hotel, where students from the Vatel school put their training into practice under the watchful, demanding, yet supportive eye of hospitality professionals. Their smiles, their welcoming nature, their desire to do things well, and the impeccable quality of the room, the breakfast, and the all-you-can-eat buffet made the experience particularly enjoyable—sometimes even on par with, or even surpassing, some establishments in the same category. Special mention also goes to the option of charging our electric vehicle every day. We will gladly return from Belgium. 😊

Overall, a very nice hotel. The room was lovely, well-decorated, and comfortable. The pool and gym are both beautiful, which is a real plus. However, there isn't enough space to hang towels in the room, which isn't very practical. The spa was barely heated, and we even heard several people complain about it, which is a shame as it detracts somewhat from the relaxing atmosphere. A very positive point was the housekeeper, who was very pleasant.
