First time at “La cuisine d’Antan” and certainly not the last. The menu and suggestions are tempting and we want to taste everything! The setting, first of all, original due to its historical and architectural aspect (old malthouse having withstood the horrors of the Second World War), perfectly rehabilitated, making the place cozy. The staff then: top notch! very professional, helpful and in a good mood. We immediately feel at ease. Finally, the table: an excellent cocktail "My sweetness", a tarte flambée with "homemade" products - right down to the smoking of the bacon - equally excellent, then the veal cordon bleu, Vosges for my part, top-notch! We have rarely eaten a cordon bleu of such quality. Really a very good restaurant, with good value for money. Go there with your eyes closed!

Tasty and tasty dishes! Varied cords, with fish, burgers, kidneys, very well cooked spaetzles. Just a little more vegetables for herbivores would be welcome.. Warm cozy setting and atmosphere M Aragon is very welcoming and the waitresses are attentive and pleasant. We had a wonderful evening at your place!!! I regularly come to this restaurant with people with disabilities. What can I say about the service? Efficient, humane, caring. The cuisine is delicious, tasty both on the dish of the day and on the menu. Thank you for your kindness and for your professionalism. I recommend your restaurant with my eyes closed.

I was disappointed by the service, a disaster, we order a dish it is not well cooked and we ask for ham, we see smoked trout again...same for the burger we ask what it contains , nothing to see on arrival....and my vegetable dish with a portion for mice....I always liked this place but now they have to get their act together...take courage

Meals taken in a group (20 people): - Starter - truffle prawn risotto: not bad at all, it's a good start! - Dish - duck breast: very good, but very uneven portions depending on the plate. - Dessert - homemade glazed Vacherin: very good, but ridiculous rikiki portions, less than 1 cm thick... The ice cream had melted into sauce on the plates before being served... Honestly, shame for this dessert, d 'where the 3 stars 🌟

Nous y avons déjeuné lundi 13/11/2023 avec des amis, 4 personnes. Première visite dans ce restaurant atypique du point de vue « architecture », la salle est très originale, aménagée en sous-sol, plafond voûté, très bien décorée. Excellent accueil. Une carte typée Alsace. Tête de veau excellente, bon équilibre entre gélatine et viande, parfaitement maîtrisé, accompagnée de pommes vapeur, œuf dur, salade, sauce rémoulade. Rognons de veau à la moutarde, accompagnés de spätzle. Bœuf gros sel, pommes de terre sautées, salade verte, carotte, betterave, concombre, tomate. Tarte maison, crème brûlée, très bien. Un vin blanc de Bourgogne Rully blanc pour accompagner ces plats, très bon et adapté à nos plats. Nous nous sommes régalés. Excellent rapport Qualité / Prix.
