This magnificent vaulted cellar offers a warm, authentic, and unique atmosphere that sets the tone for the evening. As for the food, it's flawless. Everything is homemade, using high-quality ingredients and genuine expertise. You'll find wonderful Alsatian specialties, classic French cuisine, and signature dishes that are truly worth the trip. Each plate is generous, flavorful, and prepared with a genuine desire to please. But what also makes the difference is the welcome. Here, good humor and conviviality are ever-present. You don't feel like just another customer, but like a guest being welcomed into someone's home. The owner is incredibly attentive and constantly ensures that everyone has a wonderful time. A big thank you also to the two young women in the dining room, Alexia and Émilie (if I'm not mistaken), whose smiles, kindness, and professionalism greatly contributed to making the meal even more enjoyable. It's no coincidence that the restaurant is often fully booked: its reputation is well-deserved. I highly recommend making a reservation before you go.
