Cuq en Terrasses Hotel Restaurant sur Cuq-Toulza

Après un séjour idyllique passé il y’a deux ans dans l’établissement tenu par Philippe & Andonis, quel fut notre surprise d’apprendre que ces derniers avaient vendu… Remplacés par deux jeunes Bastien en cuisine et Charline aux manettes. Force est de constater que l’établissement est entre bonnes mains. Après trois dîners et un déjeuner sur place, nous pouvons affirmer que la relève est plus qu’assurée. Bravo à toute l’équipe et réussite à vous 👏👍

Great night spent at Cuq en Terrasses. First time coming and the team was super welcoming! Bastien's cooking was really very good, original and plentiful. The service and welcome from Charline, Laurence and Marine were also top notch, we felt very comfortable. And the grounds and rooms are amazing!!

Chef Bastien and his team take us on a journey through Lauragais with modern but authentic cuisine. The setting and careful decoration enhance this beautiful building set in a green setting. Short circuit and even garden products are offered à la carte, we love it! We highly recommend this timeless experience.

We had such a special few days here. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. This place has such beautiful charm. From the gardens (and the little spots around the grounds to relax and enjoy the views) to the pool and the room itself. We took the room with the private balcony and bath. It was perfect for us. Such a special house and design. The food was stunning. I felt so looked after as a vegan - and my partner enjoyed the full menu. Elegant, subtle and sophisticated. We enjoyed learning that so much of the dish was picked metres away in the garden. The team really knows what they’re doing. Such a relaxing and special place. We felt so looked after by Charline, Bastian and the whole team with just the right amount of kindness, friendliness and privacy.

After a very nice first experience indoors in May 2024, we repeated this on the terrace and in the evening. Everything was there: Sunset, the view of the surrounding hills and the highlight was the succulence and discovery of the dishes which follow one another in a symphony mastered to perfection (Special mention for the trout with revisited almonds ). A real moment of happiness! A very big thank you to the whole team!

A superb family evening in this magnificent site. An exceptional meal. We tasted each dish with delight. Unbeatable value for money which allows you to taste a cuisine that we are not used to. Restaurant découvert avec des amis cyclistes. Très belle adresse chaleureuse. Service parfait...précis mais décontractée. Chaque assiette est une très belle surprise avec la bonne cuisson, la bonne sauce, le bon accompagnement...tout est très bien travaillé Le tout avec une vue magnifique... Je recommande ++
