The bar hosted us for my birthday, a party of 12, with fantastic service and a great atmosphere. It goes without saying that it's one of Aix's must-visit spots! P.S.: If you're a regular, you'll be rewarded + make friends with the staff and your nights will always be memorable 🫰🏻

The Cut-Back… what a friendly place! I've been a regular for three years now and highly recommend it! The servers are friendly and take a bit of banter well, especially if you're a regular. Special mention goes to Swanny, who always serves me with pleasure, even if a smile and a greeting aren't always forthcoming. However, if you manage to make him laugh, you might get a free shot and an extra blanket. In short, the Cut-Back is an institution, a way of life, and above all, a great place to spend time with friends!

Perfect spot for a drink any time of year (rain, snow, or shine). A friendly place where you never want to leave once you're settled in (unfortunately for my bank account). Swanny is the best waiter, welcoming and very charming (if you're interested). Unfortunately, despite all of Swanny's qualities, he doesn't remember your name even if you've been coming every week for three years… But hey, he'll tell you that you never told him… However, I highly recommend the bar (he promised me a shot if I wrote that down… The lure of alcohol is too strong to refuse…). Come and enjoy the cutback!

A very friendly place to have a good time, whatever the time or the weather. Swanny is always so quick to serve us. I hope they'll soon have a loyalty card for regulars like us. Thanks for the free shots!

The food was very satisfying, although the heart of the place remains the early evening/aperitif time. Always smiling and friendly, a pleasure to come here.

The staff were very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. I recommend them.
