An exceptional place that's worth discovering and sharing. A wonderfully intimate atmosphere, a staff that's present but not intrusive—just the right amount. And exceptional cuisine makes this a truly timeless experience. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent meal and excellent service. Very good value for money. The table right next to us was a little noisy, but it didn't spoil our delicious meal with friends. A very good place to eat.

The welcome was warm and pleasant. The set menu was already €38, but it's a shame there was a €4 supplement for the ribeye steak. The duck was disappointing. Overall, it was okay, but I was disappointed. The chairs are uncomfortable because the seats are made of wood.

14/09/2024: Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!
20/06/2024: Saveurs et originalité se trouvent dans chacun des plats proposés au menu à 35€. Des alliances subtiles pourront surprendre quelques uns… Bref, un bon moment
