Back from a quick 24-hour trip to Burgundy, we easily booked a table on the restaurant's website just two hours before arriving. The welcome was as friendly and warm as ever. Our favorites were on the menu, but it was adapted to the season; the asparagus was amazing, my first of the season! We each ordered the Aubrac beef: my husband had the 200g cut and I had the confit beef. With aligot (a cheesy potato dish)!!!! We absolutely loved it!!! Only Attrazic prepares Aubrac beef like that. And the desserts were very original, fresh, and a perfect ending to the meal. You won't find another brasserie where you eat so well at this price. Thank you for a lovely evening. 🙂

A few minor drawbacks: the starter (beets) was made with overly salty cream cheese that masked the delicate flavor of the beets; I wasn't convinced by the remoulade and aligot combination; the dessert (pear) was lacking in generous portions; and it was a bit pricey for the size of the servings. The service was courteous but lacked conversation. Positive points: the dishes were cooked and flavorful, and the service was efficient.

14/09/2024: Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!
20/06/2024: Saveurs et originalité se trouvent dans chacun des plats proposés au menu à 35€. Des alliances subtiles pourront surprendre quelques uns… Bref, un bon moment
