We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Overall, a great experience, with food we really appreciated. It's a shame the waiter's attitude slightly marred the occasion. I recommend it.

14/09/2024: Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!
20/06/2024: Saveurs et originalité se trouvent dans chacun des plats proposés au menu à 35€. Des alliances subtiles pourront surprendre quelques uns… Bref, un bon moment
