So good and such a pleasant place, we were just passing through and hesitated to stay a night to enjoy the surroundings. Superb!

Perfect, a wonderful culinary discovery. However, the service could be improved; for example, the appetizers shouldn't be served at the same time as the aperitif.

A restaurant in a magnificent setting. A very well-crafted and refined menu with beautiful presentation. The staff was very friendly. One small point to note: when a second bowl of appetizers was placed on the table, it was taken away a few seconds later because we already had one... that's not acceptable. Otherwise, the service was attentive and friendly.

Original cuisine that I wanted to try, and... I wasn't convinced. Starter: melon with oysters. The melons weren't ripe. The combination, for me, didn't work at all and even detracted from each other. Dessert, eaten in two bites. Strawberry/parsley combination... I wasn't convinced. Visual presentation of the dishes: beautiful. Atmosphere: pleasant background music at just the right volume. Allows for easy conversation. The tables aren't crammed together, which is nice. Service was courteous, but that's about it. Perhaps I wasn't in my element, and they made me feel it: Starter served two minutes after the aperitif was brought. A very short meal for an evening: total time from arrival to departure: 1 hour and 15 minutes.

A gourmet brasserie to recommend in Aumont Aubreac. Pleasant welcome and service. The terrace is much appreciated in the summer. Subtle and flavorful cuisine. We've never been disappointed during our visits to La Gabale.

14/09/2024: Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!
20/06/2024: Saveurs et originalité se trouvent dans chacun des plats proposés au menu à 35€. Des alliances subtiles pourront surprendre quelques uns… Bref, un bon moment
