We tried the trendy Japanese street food, and it was delicious! Very generous portions for dinner. The place is very nice, and the service was quick and friendly. I recommend it.

The atmosphere and decor were pleasant and friendly, and the service was quite good, but the food really left something to be desired. Too salty, the takoyaki was tiny and lost in undercooked batter, and the okonomitaki arrived pre-made and was barely acceptable. Disappointing.

Excellent place (air-conditioned upstairs, a real plus during the heatwave!). The staff was really friendly, and we were served quickly. Very good and authentic flavors.

A must-try restaurant on Rue Sainte-Anne.
The best place to eat Takoyaki!
Unfortunately, the prices are quite high, and I wasn't convinced by the taste of the stir-fried noodles. Luckily, the portions are generous, and there's plenty of room upstairs 😉
I don't recommend adding cheese to the Takoyaki.

Happatei is hands down my favorite restaurant on Rue Sainte-Anne🤍 I keep coming back, whether I’m on my own or with friend and they always end up loving it too! The food is consistently delicious, the service is fast, the prices are affordable, and the overall experience never disappoints. If you’re looking for a great spot in Paris, this one is definitely worth a visit.
