The best Nespresso store in Paris! A warm, high-quality welcome with top-notch tailor-made customer service! We were treated to a tasting and even a recipe! I wanted to buy 3 boxes of coffee, I left with €80 spent, so well done to the store's sales team hahaha My experience is perfect! I come back often! Too bad for the FID program which does not take into account accessories and which pushes me to consume coffee to reach the “expert” rank on the FID program…. So I couldn't get to 800 capsules per year when I'm the only one consuming them... THANKS !!

This was my first time buying capsules as I am new to the world of Nespresso - what a pleasant experience! I went in a bit intimidated at the idea of having to buy capsules: the store is so chic and there are so many choices! However, the process was enjoyable from beginning to end. I was greeted at the door and felt welcomed immediately. After being invited to taste a new flavor at the coffee bar, I was seamlessly guided to a representative who walked me through the various choices and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The representative was extremely nice and patient, answering my many questions. I wasn't expecting such personal customer service, it was so refreshing. I left with three flavors and am looking forward to returning. Considering I was just buying coffee, it turned into a very full, enjoyable experience.

Whoa! Not up to the standard of a Nespresso. This is the second time I went there and the last. Already a few months ago there was a problem with access to self-service coffee cartridges and yesterday when I went there at the end of the day I was left "hungry". I go to payment but I forgot my loyalty card so I ask a young man with his tablet for help to identify me with my customer number... not a good evening to my answer, I see that having a namesake my name appears twice and the jaded guy tells me who are you X or X? But with a blasé, even annoyed, air. I clearly wanted to tell him that I was going to manage without him if he was so embarrassed and I even apologized (the irony when I think about it because he was the one who had the problem). No goodbye 👋 nothing!! I don't know if it's the current political situation that irritates some people, but you have to relax. Jobs where we deal with customers require a minimum union level, eh. So I will go further to the Paris Opera where there is real quality service and more spacious and pleasant in every way.

Great spot to grab a coffee and pastry for breakfast. We stopped in and the man working was very nice and told us how things worked, as we are foreigners. He was nice and between my French and his English we understood either other! Very nice setting and good prices. Would return!
