Beautiful shop, however, only two people (one at the bar and another to manage customers) is unacceptable… This doesn't reflect the premium service Nespresso is supposed to offer. A 20-minute wait to buy a machine, a queue that keeps growing because the self-service isn't working… I've noticed a real difference from one shop to another.

We were taken care of by a new team member named Jennifer... simply radiant and very attentive in choosing our coffee and impressively efficient.

A big thank you to Nicolas :) I'm a customer and stopped by today to buy and try some new flavors. Nicolas was very welcoming, professional, and precise in his explanations about the flavors, offering advice tailored to my preferences to help me find the perfect coffee!

I came to this store in September 2025 with two of my sisters. We wanted to try the latest products before buying them. I was stopped by someone who told us that the tastings were reserved for members only. This was said in an accusatory tone. For your information, we all have membership cards. Anyway, we were able to drink the coffee, though I was a little annoyed given what had happened earlier. The barista was very friendly and helpful, which helped me calm down. I later learned that the person who had stopped me in the store was a manager. Four months later, here I am again in this store, enjoying a coffee with two of my sisters and my niece. I recognized the barista, Cheik, who is always very welcoming and attentive during our tastings. During this visit, I purchased a new machine with a new membership. The saleswoman Maria took excellent care of me with kindness and attentiveness. One of my sisters also signed up for a different membership, and her salesperson, Reginaldo, was very friendly and patient. Despite the unpleasant experience I had four months earlier, I didn't want to let it end on a negative note. I'm so glad I came back because the staff there that day took such good care of us. I rated the store on my last visit on January 16, 2026. P.S.: I didn't see the manager in question that day 😅

A customer since August 2025, I regularly visit this Nespresso boutique in Westfield Les 4 Temps (La Défense) every other week, and each time I'm never disappointed by their warm welcome, their kindness, their good humor, and their friendliness. They are always attentive to our requests and always offer good advice. Thank you to Steven for serving me this past Saturday, January 17th, and to others like Victoria and someone else (I don't know their name...) for giving me instructions on the tumbler. And thank you to the whole team who are always so kind whenever I visit. I will be back 😊
