I am writing this review because the service and attention to detail at this hotel are excellent. Thomas at reception was especially kind, printing a last-minute conference speech and always being ready to help. The kitchen team and the housekeeping staff were also extremely nice and caring. Thank you very much!

I don't understand why the rating is so low. The hotel has been completely renovated, the rooms are spacious and clean, there's a dressing room, and an entrance vestibule that isolates you from the noise of the hallway and bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the city; it's right in the city center, next to Polygone shopping center, and the Place de la Comédie parking lot is just steps away. The breakfast is simple but excellent. I recommend this hotel; it deserves a higher rating.

Strategically located as a base for excursions and evenings in the city.

Excellent service, especially the food, with a Cuban-Argentine chef who prepares delicious dishes and acts as a translator for Spanish-speaking guests.

It's adequate for sleeping; the bathroom, as many have described, is small, but sufficient for showering, even if half the room ends up flooded. The staff is super friendly; we're allowed to store our bicycles in the garage – thank you again! Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the location is perfect.

The whole team is lovely and helpful; we ate very well two nights in a row. Breakfast has everything you could want, nothing to complain about, thank you, see you next time!

Very quiet location, the room was a bit dated but manageable for one night, and the bedding was excellent. I slept very well. The breakfast staff were a little cold; I took the liberty of saying hello with a smile, and the person in charge of breakfast completely ignored me (after I said it twice). However, your reception team was very friendly, helpful, and professional; I highly recommend them. The quality of the breakfast is standard Ibis fare, so good for the price. :-)

I stayed at the Ibis Montpellier Centre Polygone hotel from May 5th to 9th, 2026, and I left completely satisfied. The hotel offers a very pleasant, modern, and well-maintained setting. The location is ideal for exploring the city or for a business trip. The comfortable rooms and the quality of the service make it a reliable choice. It's a hotel I recommend without hesitation and where I will gladly return!
