I am a bus driver arrived Thursday evening with 35 we took the rooms very hot in the rooms and the no air conditioning I went to reception I was told that the air conditioning not before the beginning of May Given the price of the rooms and 3etoile this lamematble sleep in open window plus noise from the evening and morning everyone slept very badly so for me this hotel is over

Good morning, This establishment is very well located, close to the Polygone shopping center and close to all amenities. On the other hand, I do not recommend this establishment for a professional stay. A first night, very restless because of a festive event in the neighboring building, moreover that the insulation is non-existent (noise from the corridor, from the next room, etc.) for all the other nights. The catering needs to be reviewed, both in terms of the quality of the dishes offered, without asking ourselves if everything went well. The big downside, or rather mold, is the quality of the rooms. Cleaning needs to be reviewed, yet someone comes to make the bed every day?! Bring cleaning wipes as soon as you arrive. “Non-smoking rooms” signs are clearly posted at the entrance to the rooms, but when you reach the floor, a magical smell of cigarettes permeates the corridor. All the dissatisfactions were reported during my stay, with a proposal to replace the room, but I did not want to do the cleaning again, and supposedly, parking space offered for the entire stay, but only one night was subtracted from the bill. I was in training, friendly reception service, very attentive

Very poor soundproofing from room to room, very cramped toilets and very uncomfortable pillows. However, the service and cleanliness are impeccable.

Hôtel très bien situé derrière le polygone et à proximité d’antigone. Le personnel est très agréable, on est bien reçu que ça soit à l’accueil, au bar ou au petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner très bon. Maintenant la chambre. Chambre propre et Lit confortable. Mais c’est tout… la sonorisation est vraiment à revoir, le système de chauffage d’un certain âge, un rafraîchissement de la peinture ne serait pas du luxe (tâches plafond mais aussi sous la fenêtre) une seule prise pour toute la chambre et pas à côté du lit (pas pratique du tout). Et vue les prix des chambres un plateau de courtoisie ne serait pas du luxe (une bouilloire au moins avec dosettes café/thé) et la salle de bain et ben faut pas être epais tellement elle est petite et si vous êtes à deux il n’y a aucune intimité. Il y a une fenêtre dans la douche (déjà c’est bizarre) mais le volant roulant ne fonctionnait pas…… heureusement que le verre était un peu camouflant…. Vraiment dommage car cela pourrait être un très bon hôtel.

Emplacement parfait à proximité du centre historique de la ville. Un personnel très attentif au besoins des clients. Un buffet de petit-déjeuner au top de la qualité et surtout de la quantité. Je recommande. Petit bémol l'exiguïté des chambres.
