Good campsite:
- Clean sanitary facilities, with self-cleaning toilet seats. Although there was a difference between the two facilities.
- Spacious tent pitch
- Good restaurant, with a terrace offering a fantastic view
- Excellent bread service!
- You can easily walk to the beautiful little village
Points for improvement:
- Our tent pitch wasn't level, meaning we were pitched at an angle. That's not ideal. (There were also some straight pitches.)
- Our tent pitch had a power outlet, which wasn't CEE-compliant, but a French socket. We didn't have a plug for that, but we could borrow one from the campsite!
The campsite was beautifully situated on the mountain, but if you wanted to do your grocery shopping in a larger supermarket or town, for example, you had to drive quite a distance on narrow, winding (but beautiful) roads, which slowed things down.
