05/08/2024: The babkas are incredible! Soft, delicious, not too sweet. There was one left 48 hours after my purchase and I expected it to be hard as a rock but on the contrary it remained soft and fresh almost as if I had just bought it. I was really pleasantly surprised! Micro note: as a fan of the orange blossom flavor I would have liked to smell this flavor even more in the sugar brioche.
