A restaurant that's practically always open, the service is excellent, fast (except when it's packed, but that's the same everywhere), efficient, and friendly. The welcome is often exceptional. As for the food, the prices are reasonable (well under 20 euros), and the quality is good to very good (try the osso buco, yum!)... go there without hesitation, whether for a daily meal or an evening out with friends!
