The same perfect welcome at Les Moulins Bleus as always, impeccable service, and delicious food (the burger of the day, the hanger steak, and the succulent charcuterie board to start), excellent cocktail and wine recommendations, and a bonus moment with the chef, Julien, who took the time to explain and share his passion! Excellent experience! I chose the lasagna: hearty and delicious. Homemade is clearly the name of the game, the flavors are there, and the textures of the pasta are perfect! Bravo!

The welcome was excellent, the service was impeccable. Aside from the salad, a tip: please wash it thoroughly; every time I get little bits of it, it comes out. Unfortunately, my service was impeccable, the staff were great.

Reserved by phone, able to reserve outside for 2 adults and three children. Friendly staff. Good and fast service. Complete and good children's menu, and good and tasty food for adults too. Pizzas, pastas, burgers, and meal salads. It is located on a cozy little street next to the cathedral.

We had dinner at this restaurant and the team was fantastic! From the waitresses to the bartenders, everyone was smiling and pleasant. The strawberry mojito was perfect, the stracciatella was wonderful, the meal was simply perfect and delicious. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Delicious pizzas, although a little disappointed by the taste of the truffle which was nowhere to be found on our pizzas, and the pizza itself being lacking in ingredients and taste... I've had better Caesar salads for this price... but the service was quick on a music festival night and still pleasant.

10/08/2026: Good experience. We had the spicy Angus beef and chicken, which were beautifully presented and delicious. The food was high quality, and it was clear that the ingredients were top-notch and homemade. However, I'm not giving it more than three stars because the prices were exorbitant (almost €25 for the chicken) and the servers were unprofessional (except for one young, curly-haired brunette who was nice). I know they're students earning their own money, but I didn't find them very engaged or welcoming overall. I could have given it four stars because the food was truly excellent, but in my opinion, the last two points don't warrant a higher rating. What a shame!
09/08/2026: The food is good, but the beer is overpriced at over 11 euros, which is outrageous.
