Well located in a commercial area outside the city, ample parking. Efficient service, despite us being in a hurry and a full restaurant. Correct menu prices that can be had even on weekends. Take the loyalty card to benefit from offers and loyalty points.

La Passacaille

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.
23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.
