It had been a long time since we'd been to Del Arte, and we were really disappointed.
We had to ask for chili oil with the pizza, and we had to ask for a carafe of water. The white wine was really bad, and one of the two glasses wasn't even properly washed. The four-cheese pizza was okay; I had the gnocchi, which wasn't bad either. However, my ice cream sundae tasted very artificial. It wasn't even whipped cream, but rather industrial Chantilly cream. The caramel was tasteless. I was really very disappointed. I remember a time when they served a sundae with Amarena cherries and whipped cream that was excellent, but that was then.
So, we'll continue to order takeout pizzas as we did before; they're not bad at all.
