The cuisine is of excellent quality, generous, and bursting with flavor. Each dish is a true surprise, with combinations of spices and tastes that awaken the taste buds. A wonderful invitation to discover a rich and often overlooked gastronomy. The service is equally remarkable. The team takes the time to explain the dishes, the culinary traditions, and shares numerous anecdotes about Ethiopian history and culture.
