A fantastic bar ideally located in the heart of Rouen, on Rue du Gros-Horloge! The welcome is always warm, and you immediately feel at ease. The staff are incredibly kind, very professional, and always attentive to customers. The place is immaculate, clean, and well-maintained, which is truly appreciated. The atmosphere is both calm and friendly, perfect for spending quality time with friends or simply relaxing. The service is quick and attentive, always with a smile. You can tell that everything is done to ensure customers have a wonderful time. I highly recommend this establishment; it's a real gem in the city center!

We tested the Delirium Café in Rouen with rather high expectations, especially for the beer selection. On that front, no complaints: the beers were nice and cold, with a good variety, and that was definitely the highlight of the evening 👍 However, we were a little disappointed by the overall atmosphere. There was a rather unpleasant smell in the bar, which really spoiled the experience. It's a shame, because the potential is there. With a few improvements in this area, the experience could be much more enjoyable.

It's always a pleasure to visit Délirium; the welcome is particularly warm and the beers are excellent. I highly recommend it.

A truly unique and very pleasant place. It's really lovely and you can easily find a quiet spot. The music is a bit loud at times, but it doesn't detract from the charm of the place or the friendliness of our host.

The Rouen pub has a 5-star atmosphere and welcome. The staff and service are 20/20. I highly recommend it for a great evening.
