We came as a couple to visit the region and we were at this hotel restaurant and it was a very nice meeting. The place of course, the calm, spacious room then the kindness and friendliness of the boss who is also an excellent cook who goes out of his way to delight us with this Aveyron generosity
Even I who don't eat meat, he cooked up divine dishes for me!

Break during a motorcycle road trip, we had a good time and a good night.
The catering products are quality, but the prices are a little high.
Breakfast is sufficient, but basic and not modern.

We had dinner at 4 with a small addition and simple, quality products.
The waitresses are very efficient and very pleasant.
Plus the boss comes to greet you at the end of the meal, the old-fashioned way...

We have been going back to Thiery for years. Simple dishes, but well prepared! Friendly service and delicious food! Nice nostalgic atmosphere, highly recommended.
We drank a coffee and as the welcome was warm and the local menu we stayed to eat. We had a great time, the duck with porcini mushroom sauce was a pure marvel!! Thank you for your welcome and good luck.

20/07/2024: Passage en famille dans ce lieu enchanteur.
Nous avions réservé les deux splendides et cozy chambres pour dîner et profiter au maximum de l’endroit.
Repas gastronomique, plein de ressources locales, dont certaines du jardin.
Assiettes belles et de bonne tenue, accord mets et vins impec, service discret.
Et petit-déjeuner succulent, mention très bien à la brioche juste sortie du four quand on passait à table.
On y reviendra en couple ou en famille avec plaisir, super rapport qualité-prix !
