We had lunch at this delightful restaurant with welcoming and friendly staff. The dishes, spaghetti with seafood, were amazing!! Excellent and plentiful. Highly recommended!!

A fantastic location right by the sea. The best feeling of being able to enjoy high-quality food at reasonable prices. It's lively yet refined, so it's a place I'd recommend and people would be happy to be taken to. On this day, we had three pasta dishes! ☆The signature Der Mar is piled high with seafood; the broth is so flavorful that the pasta is superb. ☆Mama Meatballs. The tomato sauce and meatballs are a perfect match. The sauce is incredibly delicious! ☆Pistachio and Shrimp 🦐 This was shockingly delicious. Amazing. For four people, with a bottle of wine, it was about 110 euros. Cheap.

The seafood pasta was the best, the pizza wasn't great, and the other dishes were just average. The steak was tough, and the pizza crust was initially burnt black with a strong burnt taste, so I complained and got a replacement. The other pasta, the pistachio basil pesto (?), was decent enough, and the fried dishes were just okay. It felt less like the food was delicious and more like the vibe of being close to the beach was good. It seemed very popular; there were many people from the moment it opened, and there was a waiting line when we left. The restaurant was very busy and chaotic, but the system was impressive—the food came out quickly and everything ran smoothly without any issues—which was quite cool!

We had lunch just after 1 p.m., delicious pizzas, ice cream di piu which I recommend, fast service with a very attentive waiter even at the end of service, I recommend this place.

Food is great and comes in huge portions. Make sure to arrive early there will be a line.

May 13, 2026. Dinner with new friends I met in Nice. We came specifically for the seafood. The restaurant was packed; it was full after we sat down at 8 pm. I recommend making a reservation. We ordered a plate of octopus and a seafood pasta dish. Both portions were very generous. We also had a glass of red and a glass of white wine. The octopus came with yogurt sauce and pesto, both very unique. I especially liked the pesto; it was also great with the accompanying bread. Incidentally, the bread was quite hard at first, but it became softer and more flavorful as you chewed it. However, my friend and I agreed that the octopus itself wasn't very good; it lacked a chewy texture. The seafood pasta included a large prawn, mussels, clams, and octopus. Overall, the flavor was excellent, very seafood-oriented. I'm giving it five stars mainly for the restaurant's atmosphere. The outdoor area faces the French Riviera, very pleasant and romantic. The prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely visit again.

Had an amazing meal at Di Piu! We came close to the time the kitchen closed at lunch but they were happy to seat us. We had the seafood spaghetti and the smoked salmon farfelle and both were delicious— the flavors were what you’d expect, but the pasta and fish were all so perfectly cooked it really elevated the dish. They also handled our anaphylactic peanut/tree nut allergy perfectly and were super cautious with everything which we super appreciated! The view in front of the water was spectacular, we will certainly be back.

Great Lunch Spot in Nice Had lunch at Di Più and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, a great location, and offers very good value for money, especially considering the quality and generous portions. I ordered the Rigatoni Di Più, which were excellent, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. For dessert, I had the île flottante, absolutely delicious, though the portion was so generous that I simply could not finish it! Service was efficient, friendly, and welcoming throughout the meal. One important tip: sadly, they do not take reservations, so make sure to arrive early if you want to avoid queuing, especially during busy hours. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch spot in Nice that I highly recommend.

This Italian restaurant is truly an Italian restaurant, it's excellent. The food is wonderful, the portions are large, and the dessert is fantastic and huge. If you get there at the right time you don't even have to wait long for a table.
