You are not only on vacation there, you are with friends who take care of you, respond to your requests, cajole you, encourage you for complicated Trails, adapt to your needs, your desires. The places are magnificently full of Templar history, the dishes are succulent and the service worthy of a palace. Thank you Cécile, Philippe and Lucas for this beautiful human adventure!

While wandering around on a motorbike, we came across this restaurant almost by chance while looking for somewhere to have dinner on a Friday evening in the Tarn gorges. We were extremely well received by the owners despite the late hour and the meal was a very nice surprise, from starter to dessert. I highly recommend this table…
