Not only is the location superb, steeped in history, and the seasonal dishes excellent and beautifully presented, but the warm, family welcome is also wonderful. They were exceptionally kind; when one of our guests had a health issue, they drove us back to our accommodation. We will definitely return to fully enjoy it this time.

We are deeply impressed and touched by the warmth of our hosts, the delicious hospitality, and the familial atmosphere of this stylishly and tastefully renovated, historic former Templar estate. We enjoyed a relaxed and uncomplicated stay, warmly and humorously cared for and supported by Cécile, Philippe, and Luca. The village of Peyreleau is enchanting with its narrow, winding lanes through the old stone houses; the surrounding area is mystical, and the unspoiled nature is breathtaking. We ate at La Grange Templière during the off-season in a charming and historic setting… The food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented! The waiter was very friendly! We highly recommend it if you enjoy spending a few hours in a timeless setting.
