The entire reception and medical team were polite, professional, approachable, and respectful. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She took the time to listen carefully, understand my concerns, and assess my condition thoroughly. I truly appreciated the clarity and professionalism with which she approached my diagnosis and treatment.
