I received excellent care in the digestive department of the hospital; Professor PARC is very competent.

Excellent and compassionate care at Hôpital Saint-Antoine
I had a very positive experience at Hôpital Saint-Antoine – AP-HP, from the moment I arrived until I met Dr. Anais Vianay.
The entire reception and medical team were polite, professional, approachable, and respectful. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Anais Vianay. She was extremely professional, humble, kind and attentive. She took the time to listen carefully, understand my concerns, and assess my condition thoroughly. I truly appreciated the clarity and professionalism with which she approached my diagnosis and treatment.
It is reassuring to meet a doctor who combines medical expertise with genuine kindness and humility. These qualities make a significant difference, especially when a patient is in pain or worried.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Anais Vianay and the entire team at Hôpital Saint-Antoine for their professionalism, compassion and excellent care.
Highly Recommend!

A huge thank you to Meryl and Allan, two lovely, welcoming, and truly professional nurses. I was seen yesterday when I had a dislocated shoulder and was in a lot of pain. They were incredibly attentive, reassuring, patient, and very compassionate. Their kindness and humor really helped me relax and manage the pain better. It feels so good to be so well supported during a time like that. Thank you both for your kindness and professionalism! ❤️

I went to the Emergency Department at St. Antoine Hospital for the first time on Saturday, July 11, 2026, in the morning following a fall, and what a pleasant surprise: a welcoming hospital in terms of both facilities and staff. The staff and reception were as professional as they were efficient, which I want to commend because this is not the case everywhere: from the security guards at the entrance and exit, to the administrative reception staff, to the young women performing the diagnoses, to the young man performing the X-ray, a big THANK YOU and best of luck for the future!

The good:
The nurses (with the exception of one lady) and doctors were very caring and attentive. They gave me time to explain my symptoms and situation, took care when examining me and had good English.
Neutral:
It’s A&E, you’ll always have a wait ahead of you after being triaged. I was waiting 6 hours total, which included blood work and analysis. I would say a 4-8 hour wait is quite standard in most emergency rooms, especially in a big city like Paris.
The bad:
In agreement with other people, the hospital is so unclean, unnervingly unclean. The bathroom was disgusting, I wanted to get out of it as quickly as I could. There was green on the walls, inside the toilet roll holder, visible dirt on the walls and floor. The room where my bloods were taken looked half abandoned, the walls and floors were so dirty and the hospital was generally unkempt which is not what anybody wants to see when they require medical attention.
The man on the front desk was incredibly rude. There was no need for his attitude and abruptness towards someone needing medical attention. One of the nurses rolled her eyes and sighed at me when I said I didn’t speak French. I can do the courtesy (bonjour, merci, s’il vous plaît) but not enough to hold a conversation. She was able to speak English to me but didn’t try very hard which felt very hostile considering I was unwell and in need of help.
3/5 as they helped me in a time of need but I would try to avoid the emergency room here due to the lack of cleanliness alone 🤢 the bathrooms looked like something out of an abandoned petrol station, gross

A huge thank you to Azzeddine who took care of me. He was so kind and responsive to all my requests in the "cold zone" monitoring area. He knew how to keep me calm and reassured. I have immense respect for him; he's a wonderful caregiver and deserves a medal.

I'm sharing my experience with this hospital. I came here following domestic violence. I wanted to share my experience with the stomatology department and also the outpatient surgery unit of this hospital. Following my surgery under general anesthesia, I thank them because thanks to them, I may no longer have teeth, but I'm no longer suffering. Now I have the healing stage and then the stage of dentures or removable prostheses. I thank them because they were wonderful from beginning to end. The teams understood the violence I had suffered and listened to everything. I recommend this hospital without hesitation.
Wishing them all my courage. Long live the healthcare workers!
Sincerely, Mr. Laurent Giron
