Hopital Saint-Antoine sur Paris

I was taken to the emergency room on the Saturday of Easter weekend. I was very well received. After x-rays we discovered that I had fractures in both malleolus on my right foot. Being Belgian, they did what was necessary to try to repatriate me. Everyone was very kind and attentive

I recently visited the UPR building at Saint-Antoine Hospital to see a doctor without an appointment. Despite the opening hours indicated on the website (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with or without appointment), I was greeted with a certain impatience by the secretary who seemed upset and informed me in an annoyed manner that it would have been better to come in the morning, although doctors were available. At first I thought she didn't want to let us (my mother and I) in, but she still took my name and made us wait. In the waiting room, I observed that the secretary was constantly annoyed, huffing and puffing and showing little patience with the patients. This gave me the unpleasant feeling that people seeking information or simply making a mistake were being unwelcome. Furthermore, despite a poster asking not to call in the building, I noticed that the secretary answered a personal call quite loudly, which actually made me laugh given the irony. However, it is important to note that the doctors (I assume) working next to her were very professional and extremely kind. Fortunately, once in consultation, the doctor was very professional and attentive. However, I think that a hospital, at least this building, focused on psychiatry should ensure that even administrative staff members are empathetic and welcoming to patients. A more patient and friendly attitude on the part of the secretary would have greatly improved my overall experience and that of others at UPR.

I read a review saying : worst hospital IN THE WORLD. IN THE WORLD. Come on. Maybe not the best, but... I went there twice, things move the way they do, I never felt overlooked nor ignored, I saw people doing their best to cope with the work at hand. And yes, the snacks are way better and way more available at the American Hospital.

Top reception from the security guard this Friday 02.16.24 then top reception from the receptionist and ultra top reception from the nurse and the 2 interns. All in advance please. Subsequently, a new scanner assistant and doctor were reassuring, warm and very competent too. 1st visit to cardiology, everything was well managed and excellent service from start to finish! Thank you all very much.

I went to the oral surgery department to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The process went smoothly and everyone, including the receptionists, medical staff and dentist, was friendly. The explanations of the risks and procedures were clear from the first consultation, which was very reassuring. Despite the fact that my teeth were growing horizontally, there were no complications during the operation and recovery. I would like to thank you all for the whole experience :)

It is February 5, 2024 and I went to the emergency room for a broken finger, I came in at 12 a.m. and I left at 4 a.m. I hesitated to go there so as not to overcrowd the emergency rooms, I was extremely well received, I find that for a Parisian hospital 4 hours of care is nothing, when I read certain comments, I have some pain for the hospital staff who work hard, with lots of patients at the same time, with patients arriving constantly... Never forget that there are worse people than you in the hospital and that there is an order of priority! THANK YOU to the team who will recognize themselves this evening/morning You were great!
