A small Vietnamese restaurant near Aligre with a short menu. Friendly welcome and efficient service. We thoroughly enjoyed the spring rolls as a starter, the chicken noodles, the very fragrant chicken meatballs with kaffir lime, and the mango-banana tapioca. Excellent!

Delicious cuisine, full of finesse and aromas, with generously portioned dishes. Be aware that the dining room is small, so arrive early, and the conversation can get quite loud. I highly recommend the spring rolls, which are sublime (I don't think I'll ever be able to eat them anywhere else, they're so good!). I hope you enjoy discovering them...

Absolutely perfect!!! Superb service, very friendly servers! Quick and responsive, and on top of that, the food is delicious and plentiful. I recommend it 100%!

We were two friends looking for a good restaurant because the first one we chose was too popular. We were lucky there too: it was almost 2 pm, but Do et Riz was still packed! A good sign!
The food was fantastic. I finally got to try that wonderful specialty, Vietnamese steamed dumplings! And the beef bobun was amazing.
The experience was all the more enjoyable because, despite the crowd in the second dining room where we were seated, it wasn't too noisy!
My new go-to spot for Vietnamese food in Paris!
(And a special mention for the very, very pretty ceramic tableware.)

If you're looking for a pleasant experience, this isn't the place for you. Our appetizers were served at the same time as our main courses... The waitresses didn't communicate well.
They were constantly watching the plates and stressed about clearing the table as quickly as possible. As a result, we didn't order coffee or dessert.
The food is good, but the menu is repetitive.
