I had the pleasure of lunching at Domaine de Rombeau, and the experience was generally enjoyable. The setting is charming, and overall, it was a positive experience; however, a few details could be refined to better reflect the establishment's positioning. The wine service, for example, could be more consistent: the glasses weren't uniform, which slightly detracted from the overall harmony of the table. Furthermore, the appetizers weren't completely cleared before the main courses arrived, and the cutlery wasn't changed between courses—minor touches that, while subtle, contribute to a more refined experience. As for the cuisine, it was generally satisfactory. The duck breast with orange, however, struck me as a little too sweet and slightly overcooked. These remarks may seem nitpicky, but they reflect a desire to align the experience offered with the price point. With a few adjustments, the address could offer an even more polished and consistent experience.

As regulars, I introduced the restaurant to a couple of friends for the first time, and they too were not disappointed by the impeccable service, superb cuisine, and attentive staff. The wait between courses was very reasonable. Highly recommended, as always. Exceptional setting.
