La Pataterie sur Rivesaltes

It's always a great pleasure to come to the potato farm in Rivesaltes. It's true that we've never been disappointed, and if that has ever happened, we immediately play the indulgence card, knowing there's a perfectly valid reason behind it. The most important thing for us is to have a pleasant time. And yes, we must admit that children's shouts and wandering around can be bothersome, because we don't come here to put up with that kind of inconvenience. Otherwise, we would simply go to the playground. The responsibility for this disturbance lies with the parents, as it's normal for a child to want to play and roughhouse. But adults have a duty to supervise out of respect for other customers. And vice versa? Well, since adult parks aren't open to children, the latter wouldn't be bothered, would they! Is it really worth taking children to a restaurant if they can't even sit through a meal? Personally, I'll give you the example of my grandson, who has such boundless energy that the only place we can take him for lunch is fast food restaurants with a children's area, because we don't want to bother people who haven't asked for anything. Since the staff and management of La Pataterie are in no way responsible for parental laxity, we'll continue to enjoy our meals.

Absolutely perfect, everything is good: the food, the staff, the establishment is very clean and hygienic. We were really happy to eat well, the food is homemade, everything is natural, perfect, nothing to say, a good atmosphere, I recommend people come.

Great restaurant, nice decor! It's a pleasure. The Oceane salad is really large and generously filled for the price. It's clean, the service is impeccable, they give you time and aren't intrusive. The team is fantastic and makes you want to come back when you're in the area again. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. We booked for a birthday (child is 11) and the meal was delicious! We all opted for the set menus... 👍🏻 We were a little less enthusiastic about the profiterole dessert, which was too hard, but the crème brûlée was exquisite! 😀 The atmosphere was fantastic thanks to the charming waiter "Riou" and his legendary glasses 🤓, as well as the other very kind and attentive staff. A great team. Our only suggestion would be to play a little more background music 🎵🎶 In short... a very good time and we will be back!
