Everything is perfect, down to the smallest details (bed made again during the day, treats that follow one another in the room, etc.)
Staff attentive and attentive, while being discreet!
The spa is magnificent and the massage received is EXCEPTIONAL, and being in the profession, I am very demanding!!
Thank you to the whole team for this rejuvenating stay in this magnificent and relaxing setting!

My friend and I stayed there 2 days ago. Not sure how they got such good review. The experience didn’t meet five star hotel standard at all. This was the worst for our whole Europe trip. Firstly, the room is big but very basic, even the door is brokering. Then, the service is very unprofessional. We checked in the first night, the reception was cold; then, they tried to charge us for included breakfast, and we waited almost 1 hour for our breakfast and they kept forgetting our order. We didn’t end up having it as we had a tight schedule, but they didn’t do anything with it (only said sorry). The management is very unorganised. Some people are nice to talk to, but I don’t think we would go back again.

Magical experience! Exceptional place and succulent meal. The staff is very competent and smiling. We had an unforgettable welcome and had a delicious dinner. The setting of this area is incredible. The GM is absolutely charming and welcoming. I will come back, for sure!

Absolutely magnificent place! What enchantment these moments spent at the estate. The “la plage” table is also very good, the room is beautiful, the menu is good and the staff are very friendly.

What an experience!
My partner and I came to the estate for an afternoon massage and spa.
Absolutely everything is thought of to make us feel good and relaxed. The best are very clean, the staff very pleasant and attentive (everything is put back in order as soon as a customer leaves their bed/deckchair).
The massage was sumptuous.
In short, the price is high but the quality has a price.
We will come back with great pleasure

My favorite place! Clearly one of the best hotels in the region, best value for money with significant services ☺️ the restaurant is very good, quality products, and the swimming pool is perfect, view of the vineyards, quite quiet, and comfortable deckchairs

We spent the day at the swimming pool. The bed with a main course, a dessert, a bottle of water for 2 people costs €160.
The setting is very nice, the swimming pool is large and the beds are very comfortable. For a relaxing moment, this is the right place. The only “problem” I would say is the quality of service which remains “average” for a 5 star. The staff is very friendly but in my opinion not always professional for a luxury place.

Gran comida a un precio muy alto. 550 por 3????? Carta de vinos completamente anticuada a precios escandalosos. Bonito entorno, sin embargo, no hay ambiente, no hay música de fondo a menos que la boda en las instalaciones cuenta.
