Domaine Du Bas Chalus sur Forcalquier

24/05/2026: Everything was magnificent: the starter (breaded local goat cheese with oak leaf lettuce and divine olive oil), the main course (a perfectly tender ribeye steak for my husband, and shredded lamb with a plump chop for me, served with crisp seasonal vegetables), and finally the dessert (nougat glacé, smooth and utterly decadent). The staff were exceptionally friendly. We didn't find the service slow, as some people have mentioned. It's important to remember that good food requires time to prepare and bring out its best qualities.

24/05/2026: A very warm welcome in a pleasant setting and delicious cuisine. The service was very attentive. We have therefore returned several times. Well done to the owner and his team. Absolutely recommended for a wonderful meal.
