The Moulin Authier is THE essential site for a moment of fishing! Isabelle and Éric are very welcoming. The place is bucolic, it invites relaxation, rest and indulgence. The children were delighted with this trout fishing trip and left with quality products. To recommend and repeat!

For our annual trip, our rural household (around thirty people) had lunch at the water's edge under a radiant sun. A nice surprise awaited us since we had an aperitif accompanied by small fried roach at the water's edge. Idyllic for a group. We were warmly received by Isabelle who took her own initiative for our well-being to have lunch under an arbor at the water's edge. All the guests enjoyed it and are still talking to me about it! By all accounts, we will return for a slightly longer stay. Thanks to the whole team.

Unforgettable memory of our wedding this summer at the Authier mill. To accommodate the family, the lodgings were warm and charming, the meal was made with local products (the strawberry and the wedding cake... delicious!) + the lanterns in the evening on the terrace... All this in a green setting with fish ponds and ponds... magnificent! Everything was successful. A big congratulations to the owners for their warm welcome. THANKS.

We are used to going every summer to enjoy an evening in this exceptional setting, when the countryside and good taste meet, the place evolves from year to year with the dynamism of the owners, the trout and crayfish produced. on site are a delight and the atmosphere is always very pleasant! I highly recommend !!!

Isabelle et Eric sont les héritiers d'une longue tradition familiale dédiée à l’accueil de haute qualité. L'environnement du Domaine du Moulin Auhier est particulièrement propice pour la détente. Le rapport qualité-prix des prestations, en particulier en matière de restauration, favorise notre extrême satisfaction; je recommande vraiment un arrêt "buffet" au Moulin Authier. Lieu magique cadre agréable, vous serez accueilli par Isabelle ou son mari, des personnes charmantes, qui connaissent et aime leur métier . Nous avions réservé pour une dégustation en groupe, une merveille. Que ce soit la truite fumée par leur soins, le gravelax, les écrevisses et tous les autres produits préparé à notre intention ce n était que merveille. Des produits de très grande qualité. Je vous recommande un passage par chez eux.
