Domaine Saint Clair sur Etretat

Location and lovely staff, a relaxing little gem.

The canopy is a superb moment, a full hour would still be nice ^^

This could be a great place but the service is not up to par! not enough staff at the gastro restaurant; endless service; no info on the change of the menu (tomato instead of zucchini). I had specified that it was my husband's birthday but nothing! not even a small candle! no consideration for allergies! we are not even asked the question. the brunch ...€49/person...a lot of g...ditto for the sweet treats with the jacuzzi..(4 marshmallows and 2 macaroons) it's a shame because it could be very nice! finally when you want to enjoy the stove at the end of the evening, the person who was on duty squats the place with friendly customers and ends up serving you but we are not interesting enough because we only take a Benedictine for two. ..There ! So given the price, there is a real effort to be made... tourists are not pigeons because that's a bit of a feeling.

Only one regret: room and bathroom too cramped. A real wardrobe and a real storage unit are missing. In addition, the bathroom does not offer enough space to store personal belongings. These remarks made, this first experience at the Dungeon will remain a very good memory. Impeccable cleanliness and very attentive staff. We also greatly appreciated the meals taken at the Racines restaurant, with a passionate and deserving cook.

We had a great time in this magnificent place where you feel “at home”. Everything was perfect, the room, the lovely view, the swimming pool, the canopy, the 5-course meal with the great food and wine pairing… not forgetting the good homemade digestives! My partner even had the right to several little touches for his birthday!

Total satisfaction. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the dinner at the Racine restaurant, the setting, the room with a sea view.

Disappointed with the room because it had a strong smell of humidity, carpet not very clean, not very bright. Lots of noise from the room above (poor sound insulation). Common areas of the hotel are magnificent, it’s a shame!

Très belle cuisine du chef Gabin Bouget et de son équipe. Le service est impeccable et le personnel très chaleureux. Le restaurant se situe dans l’hôtel sur les hauteurs d’Etretat et la vue est magnifique.

1er dîner dans un restaurant étoilé : soirée exceptionnelle. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et connaît parfaitement les plats qui sont proposés. Nous avons dégusté le menu en 5 services. De l’amuse-bouche au dessert tout était excellent. De plus, les portions sont de belle taille. Seuls bémols : les accompagnements de l’apéritif qui sont arrivés alors que nous avions terminé nos boissons et le prix des vins.
