Domaine Saint Clair sur Etretat

Great stay, Cyril and all the members of the team took great care, always with a kind word and genuine attention. It was a successful romantic weekend with a spa treatment and sauna. We also took advantage of the group's restaurants which delighted our taste buds. The Michelin-starred restaurant is very friendly, we enjoyed being able to have an aperitif and coffee on the patio by the fire. Thank you for this suspended moment, we will return to sunny days.

The hotel is incredible. There was only one thing I didn't like a little bit. When I made a room reservation, I saw that there was a jacuzzi, asked to book for a specific date and time, they refused, saying that it was impossible, that there was no reservation. But before arriving at the hotel a couple of days before, they offered to book a jacuzzi, which was strange for me, because at first I was refused, and at the time and date I asked, they said that everything was booked( So we went only when the hotel offered us and it was not comfortable, because the weather was very cold and it was impossible to stay there for more than 20 minutes because the water was only 30 degrees. And if I'm not mistaken, there were supposed to be cocktails and sweets, but there was only one macaroon, and they took it away from us. We didn't really need it, but the fact that it was included in the price, but it was not presented.

Very well located hotel, beautiful place both inside and out. Very caring, attentive staff. The little extra is the free afternoon snack and the room is available with table football and arcade games as well as the fireplace area. the breakfast is generous with a choice for all tastes (sweet, salty). The only downside is that the prices of drinks at the bistro are a little high for my taste. We had a great time.

Perfect Normandy getaway! Welcomed quickly and warmly upon our arrival, the spaces are cozy and very pretty, just as much as the room (Isadora Duncan) and the breathtaking view of Etretat. Special mentions for the nice and delicious snack on our arrival and the very well thought-out escape game! We will come back in good weather to enjoy the swimming pool and the outdoors, that’s for sure! A big thank you to the Dungeon staff for this experience!

Magnificent stay at Le Donjon - Domaine Saint Clair! Everything was perfect from the welcome on the first evening until departure at the end of the weekend. The setting is magnificent, the staff is extremely friendly and the services are numerous and of high quality (both the gourmet restaurant, the bistro, the winter garden and the treatments). All of this, combined with the proximity of Etretat, creates an atmosphere of well-being and relaxation that makes us feel good and happy to be there. We will come back because we felt at home there. :)

Great welcome and calming setting

Disappointing a fantastic location for this very beautiful residence...... But a cold and impersonal welcome from the reception managers. A large room with surprising decor… But poorly equipped (electric radiator on wheels for auxiliary heating, coffee machine not working). Often friendly staff… But far from always being professional A starred restaurant which presents certainly sophisticated cuisine... But certain dishes (pollock, camenbert) are rather “bland” and far removed from the flavors of the products presented. In short, services not in accordance with the prices!... As one can unfortunately expect in a tourist town like Etretat

The real good address for a weekend in Normandy. Exceptional starred restaurant. Heartwarming welcome. Neat decoration. Massages. Everything is there to have a good time ❤️❤️❤️

A great hotel in a charming Norman castle. The rooms are cozy and furnished with a lot of love, as are the salon, the bistro and the restaurant. A great experience. We will be back!
