At first glance, we discover a very beautiful setting, a building with character and a beautiful view. But in terms of service and cleanliness, we quickly become disillusioned: in the room, lots of big dust under the bed, huge cobwebs under the bedside tables (see photos), no spoon (or other) for the cup tray to stir your coffee, brown stained cups at the bottom, bottle of shower product present but completely empty...!! As for the restaurant, catastrophic: 1 hour wait for simple salads and drinks. Too bad, but we absolutely won't be coming back

Pleasant hotel, but difficult to find, especially at night, after a concert at the Chaise Dieu. Simple breakfast, the people who provide breakfast should be dressed properly..

Beautiful establishment in a quiet location...old-fashioned but clean room...very nice treatment center with charming and efficient staff (massages) Very pretty restaurant infrastructure but the cuisine is not great at all as far as we are concerned...the vegetables which accompanied a sole supposedly crunchy but in fact not cooked at all and inedible!!! according to the waitress the cook is already at current because the problem has already been reported but we're not changing anything...strange no...we wanted to eat there to avoid having to get back in the car in the evening...we would have done better to decentralize to Brioude or elsewhere... Bad experience for my partner's birthday dinner...

Superb hotel, magnificent building with a view of the surrounding area, large natural swimming pool to cool off with the little fish!

Superb, very quiet location and the hotel is very well restored and very well decorated. Magnificent view. The room was very clean and quiet.
