Domino's Pizza sur Montpellier

Delivery requested for 6:30pm, it finally arrived at 7pm, which is a real shame considering I pre-ordered at 4pm, but otherwise excellent as always!

An order placed with them through Uber Eats was charged, but the order was immediately canceled due to a scheduling error. Uber Eats refused to issue a refund even though Domino's never fulfilled the order. Fortunately, Angela handled the situation perfectly and rectified Uber Eats' mistakes. Thank you to her!

November 2025: Pepperoni, thin crust, the dough is really good, perfectly cooked, the toppings are just right. October 2025: The pizza doesn't match the description on the website at all. I received a photo and a receipt upon request. The dough was smeared with industrial tomato paste and the pizza was overloaded with industrial fried onions. I couldn't find the ingredients mentioned for the vegan option and I'm very disappointed. The delivery itself was perfect and on time. I didn't make any complaint, and I haven't received any response regarding the promised discount following a previous, well-founded, and justified complaint. Before: The pizzas have always been quite generously topped. I appreciate this culinary approach, which is reminiscent of Italy and Sicily and demonstrates a commitment to customer service. The pizzas are generally good, even excellent. All the ingredients seem fresh, which is reassuring (knowing that both young and old can enjoy the pizza with confidence). The pizza was still good and edible for lunch the next day. Delivery is usually fast, and the drivers are friendly and discreet. Ordering online and on the website is straightforward and clearly explained. September 2024: I feel like I received a defrosted pizza, just warmed up but not cooked. It was impossible to slice because the crust was so pale, floury, soggy, extremely salty, and tasteless. It had two mushrooms, a tenth of a bell pepper, 15 grams of cheese, a quarter of a tomato, three olives, and two slices of onion. I was really disappointed and regretted this order. The delivery drivers are usually quite punctual, friendly, and discreet... I think it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten; I threw it away. Despite this very poor experience, I placed another order. The delivery was perfect, and the pizza was good.
