Domino's Pizza Drapeau sur Dijon

I ordered takeout yesterday, and even though these pizzas weren't "exceptional," I must commend the staff for their consistently professional and warm welcome. Thank you to them!

I placed my order by phone during a special delivery day, but the website didn't automatically apply the discount, so I decided to call the restaurant. We placed the order together over the phone, clearly stating my intention to pay the special delivery day price. When the pizzas were delivered, I was presented with a bill of €34.98. The discount of €8.99 per medium pizza wasn't applied. The delivery driver didn't quite understand my confusion either, so I decided to call the restaurant back to ask for an explanation. The result: the special delivery day price doesn't apply to deliveries. But the salesperson conveniently forgot to mention that when I placed my order. I'm really disappointed with the service. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I'll keep it simple, the Dominos delivery man who delivered to me was super competent, on time and very friendly (he was Clement, a very short, curly man with curly hair who smelled of croziflette). I recommend him with a capital A.

I come regularly to enjoy Crazy Tuesdays and Thursdays: large pizzas for €10. The pizzas are good and the staff is friendly :)

I ordered twice by accident and they called me and canceled the second one. Plus, the delivery + preparation took about 35 minutes! And the delivery man was nice and the food was hot. One star less for the quantity of chicken on the pizza :( but otherwise everything is perfect!
