I ordered 5 pizzas, but there was a mistake with 2. After I called to inform the team of the error, the manager acknowledged it and offered a gesture of goodwill. To err is human. Great manager!

We've been going to Olivier's for several years now and we've never been disappointed. The "Hugo" sandwich, their paninis, their fried Camembert, their cold sandwiches, their salads...
