The Italian cured meats and cheeses are remarkably refined. • The Mastery of Pizzas: The dough is light, airy, and perfectly cooked in a wood-fired oven. These are far from mass-produced pizzas; here, tradition is respected. • The Setting: The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and tasteful decor, making it a very pleasant place for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends. 🧊 The downside (The welcome) • The service: This is unfortunately where things fell short. While the meal itself was flawless, the waitress's attitude created a bit of a chill. The welcome was rather distant, even icy, sorely lacking the smile and warmth one expects in an establishment with Mediterranean flavors. At times, you get the feeling you're "bothering" them, which contrasts sharply with the generous portions. 📋 Conclusion Overall rating: 4/5 Donatella is an excellent restaurant for the taste buds. The food is divine, and the value for money is very reasonable for the city. If you're willing to overlook the somewhat austere and rigid service, you'll have a wonderful gastronomic experience.
