Great confidential address in Belleville with super fast service and some well-thought-out choices. Three sizes of Banh mi, Vietnamese version, mini, large (normal), maxi (really large).

Very good sandwich with very good fresh crusty bread

Customer for years, their sandwiches are very good: a very very good sauce and the carrot/white radish mixture is very well thought out but a small downside for the bread which I find very average. Over the years, it has become quite expensive and there are a lot fewer radishes, which makes this sandwich less special but I still recommend it despite these losses in quality.

Authentic. Delicious. The ladies working there might seem a little surly but they brought us everything we asked for and it was all top notch. I've never eaten a banh mi that didn't shred the roof of my mouth but the baguettes were crispy and tender. My chicken banh mi was made with chicken thigh and the meat was tender and delicious. Spring rolls were crispy and delicious and I think we didn't eat them with the right lettuce-wrap-mint technique but we didn't feel unwelcome. I would love to come back

Best bánh mì I have tasted, explosion of flavor in the mouth, a delight. Too bad the prices have increased a lot and the quantity decreased a little but I will come back with pleasure. I've been buying for several years and their flavor hasn't changed!!

Ban mi with pork to take away. The bread was crispy, the vegetables, carrots and cucumbers crunchy, sauce not bad but then the pork, no interest, not enough to provide. The pieces were surrounded by fat which was not pleasant to eat! Disappointed

Lunch on site, Ban xeo Vietnamese pancake with saté flavor and Nem nuong marinated pork balls. Slow service, we waited 30 minutes before being served. A good one nonetheless.
