We've been coming here for a long time, and while the quality and service have always been top-notch, the portions have started to get really small lately. The slices on the nigiri are getting thinner and thinner, barely 3 or 4 mm, and the same goes for the maki. And even then, they're presented from the right side, because on the other side, the salmon doesn't even show up on some of them... The rice is good, but we pay a premium for it. The signature maki are excellent, but be warned, another bad experience could convince us not to come back.

I ordered a tasting platter (for 3 people) via Uber Eats. Due to a sauce oversight, a Dong employee quickly came to my home (10 minutes from Laval) with extras to apologize. The sushi and maki were delicious, as always!

I stopped by for a quick bite on a Sunday evening.
The poke bowl was delicious, made with very fresh ingredients. The price and portion size were very generous.
For dessert, I had two mochi. The yuzu one was absolutely excellent.
Honestly, congratulations, the restaurant is a great success.
