Great all-you-can-eat restaurant in Amnéville.
There are, of course, many Asian dishes, wok dishes, sushi, caramel pork... but also sashimi, oysters, and crab.
We went for lunch on the weekend, arriving around 1 p.m. There was plenty of space and lots of dishes were regularly replenished.
The best part was seeing four large fresh fish available for diners, marrow bones, and large slices of salmon sashimi. Also, I wasn't expecting to see Mövenpick and La Laitière ice cream.
I was also impressed by the army of staff who started clearing the tables around 2:20 p.m. The cleaning was done thoroughly. There was practically nothing left when we left. Only the desserts remained for the last customers.

Great restaurant with lots of choices. Don't hesitate to book ahead on weekends as there can be a long wait.
We were a party of four and waited 30 minutes.
