16/05/2026: So, it's a shame I gave one star without having eaten there—well, I did 18 months ago, but anyway, I've been calling for three days to reserve a table for eight, but each time it's the answering machine telling me to call back during opening hours. I'm not completely crazy; every time I've tried, it was during opening hours, of course. Don't put up a number if it's impossible to reach you. Too bad for you; we'll eat anyway, but for you, eight people is lost revenue.

14/05/2026: Delightfully nostalgic background music with Tozzi and a slightly old-fashioned feel to the place. One drawback: the seating is worn and stained. The crockery could use replacing.

25/02/2026: I had booked a month and a half in advance, explaining it was for a marriage proposal. I had requested a secluded spot on the terrace and a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne so I could toast with my partner, who has suffered three strokes. Upon arrival, there was no record of our reservation. We were simply seated on the terrace. Apparently, the supplier doesn't carry that type of drink, but I suspect it was simply overlooked, just like our reservation. The staff seemed far more preoccupied with chatting and laughing than attending to customers until I voiced my dissatisfaction. The meal ended without dessert, as you can imagine. We had come last year, and everything was perfect. After tonight, we will certainly never return to this restaurant.

24/08/2026: A truly awful experience at the McDonald's in Amnéville. I witnessed a scene that absolutely disgusted me: an employee had snot dripping onto a meal while customers were sitting right in front of it. Seeing that while you're supposed to be eating is frankly revolting and seriously calls into question the hygiene and professionalism of the establishment. After this scene, I left without even taking my order, I was so disgusted. I also simply asked the manager for a glass of water. I was told I had to pay. After insisting and explaining that it was just a glass of water, I was finally given a tiny cup of tap water, neither chilled nor anything like that, barely enough for a sip. Frankly, a terrible experience from beginning to end. Between what I saw regarding hygiene and the manager's attitude, I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's.

24/08/2026: At the counter, I was greeted by a blonde with blue eyes, no greeting. Teenagers were running around everywhere. And great, the onion shortage wasn't even mentioned at the kiosk. Bad experience, I won't be going back to this McDonald's.
