Passing through Dives sur Mer, purchasing a brioche/croissant (the seller does not specify the name) in the shape of a dome. Brioche with a nice buttery taste and a flaky crust. A delight! Too quickly eaten so no photo😉

Having been a customer of this pastry shop for a very long time, I noticed that the quality was declining over the years: little variety of cakes, no renewal, very very poor reception, nothing to do with the creator of the shop who was the best worker in France .

15/09/2024: It's always a pleasure to come and have lunch with Michel and Nadine at Les Crustacés du Port. Very friendly welcome and simply excellent shellfish. See you soon to be back with my little Kenya.
