15/07/2026: We had an excellent meal at this restaurant, which we were able to reserve for our 20th wedding anniversary.
Everything was delicious, the service was perfect, and the staff were attentive and very kind.
I highly recommend this restaurant and would be delighted to return.
29/06/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The €35 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) is a great deal. The carpaccio starter was quite generous, and the broth was fragrant, with good quality shrimp.
For our main course, we absolutely loved the mushroom risotto; you must try it.
The pork chop with Camembert cream sauce was equally excellent.
The desserts were good, but not quite as delicious as the main courses.
There's only one waitress for about twenty tables, so be patient.

15/07/2026: What a find! ❤️ We went there with friends during our stay in Dives-sur-Mer last weekend and we loved it so much that we ate there… two nights in a row!
The staff and owners are incredibly kind; we felt like regulars. The food is flawless: exceptional meats, a very nice wine selection, delicious homemade smoked salmon, fish depending on the local catch… everything is made with passion, and it shows in every bite.
And the desserts… the teurgoule (a traditional Norman rice pudding) is absolutely divine! Not to mention the trou normand (a small glass of Calvados served between courses), an experience you should try at least once.
If you're looking for a healthy restaurant, this isn't the place for you 😄.
However, if you love real, hearty, and authentic regional cuisine, go for it! Just remember to book ahead, because this is definitely the place to eat in Dives-sur-Mer.
Our Airbnb was only 100 meters away; it was the perfect location. In short, it was our favorite part of the trip. We'll definitely be back!

14/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant, it's absolutely perfect! 🤩 From the appetizers to the dessert, the dishes are homemade, generous, and made with heart and expertise. The staff is incredibly kind, especially the chef who is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. We had a wonderful time as a family with our children. 🥰

22/03/2026: I ordered delivery for 8 PM, they delivered at 7:30 PM, it's ridiculous.
The kebab is smaller, there are fewer fries, and the price is higher!
It's definitely because of the war in Iran, lol, the price of kebabs is going up like gas. Before, we struggled to finish the kebab, now we have room for cheese and dessert. This is the last time I'm going there.
16/01/2026: The staff were very friendly. However, the food needs some work, like the fries which weren't great. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Being a restaurateur is a profession, and it shouldn't be yours. An hour and a half for a mussel and fries—sorry, three fries—and a butcher's cut with a watery, tasteless Camembert sauce is a disgrace for Normandy! And the dessert was melted, etc. Avoid at all costs!

30/05/2026: We came today with our children and ordered mussels. They were absolutely terrible. And to top it all off, I found the red string from the garbage bag in my plate. I pointed this out to the waitress, but she said she unfortunately couldn't do anything because her boss wasn't there. It's 3:38 PM, and my husband is about to throw them up. Great for our relaxing family weekend.

03/06/2026: I wanted to thank a young employee at your bakery for her kindness. I wanted a chicken sandwich with raw vegetables, but they were out. Only ham sandwiches were left, without the raw vegetables I wanted.
She then took the time to prepare a sandwich especially for me, which I found very thoughtful. It's a simple gesture, but it shows genuine concern for the customer.
I regularly shop at this bakery, and the service is always pleasant. Thank you to her and the entire team for your professionalism and kindness. ☺️🫶🏼

We were very disappointed with our visit to this pastry shop.
We ordered two teas and two individual pastries for approximately €30. At that price, we expected a flawless experience.
Our first surprise was with the strawberry cake: the plastic ring holding the pastry was extremely difficult to remove. Even with two people, we struggled to remove it without risking damaging the cake. This is neither practical nor pleasant when eating in.
Regarding the tea service, we noticed that the teapot was not clean. There were visible marks on the rim, and my cup even had crumbs resembling croissant residue. This kind of detail leaves a very bad impression, especially in an establishment that aims to be upscale.
Finally, the pastries were decent but not exceptional. Considering the perceived quality and the service we received, we were not convinced by the value for money.
It's a shame, because we chose this place expecting a wonderful pastry experience. We hope these comments will help improve the quality of service and attention to detail.
17/05/2026: How sad to see that this beautiful Dupont establishment (successor to Etienvre), a Dives-sur-Mer institution where it all began, has become a pastry shop that has lost its quality and class.
I know what I'm talking about; I'm from Dives-sur-Mer.
