10/05/2026: A truly excellent place to eat when you're in Dives-sur-Mer. The food is delicious, flavorful, and very generous. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and highly professional. Plus, the vintage decor is really charming and pleasant. We had a lovely lunch.

22/03/2026: I ordered delivery for 8 PM, they delivered at 7:30 PM, it's ridiculous.
The kebab is smaller, there are fewer fries, and the price is higher!
It's definitely because of the war in Iran, lol, the price of kebabs is going up like gas. Before, we struggled to finish the kebab, now we have room for cheese and dessert. This is the last time I'm going there.
16/01/2026: The staff were very friendly. However, the food needs some work, like the fries which weren't great. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

07/05/2026: Reservation accepted for 7:15 pm for a group of 11 people. The last guests arrived late (30 minutes), but in between, we were asked if they were arriving because the reservation was for 7:15 pm! The service was rushed! We barely had time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses were served! Unfriendly staff, not a smile. We felt like we were bothering them even though the restaurant was empty! Why accept the reservation if you didn't want to work that evening? The bill was high, but thankfully the chef was excellent!

Being a restaurateur is a profession, and it shouldn't be yours. An hour and a half for a mussel and fries—sorry, three fries—and a butcher's cut with a watery, tasteless Camembert sauce is a disgrace for Normandy! And the dessert was melted, etc. Avoid at all costs!

27/06/2025: We came by coach from Argentan on Thursday June 26th, we found the meal delicious, the dancers nice, the service impeccable, the atmosphere nice, the staff nothing to say, the 2 boys great everything is top notch with you, nothing to complain about, keep it up.

21/05/2026: We came at lunchtime as a group of eight, but unfortunately there were no tables available. So we booked for the same evening, and we weren't disappointed. The fries, mussels, and scallops were fantastic and I highly recommend them. The service was excellent; a waitress gave us a warm welcome and we had a good laugh with her. She was very kind, as was the owner, who came to ask for our feedback himself. We will definitely be back.

16/05/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't have the pleasure of enjoying a crêpe at this crêperie. They stop serving at 3 pm, or even earlier, even for simple sweet crêpes, and the welcome was so unpleasant that we're glad we went to Houlgate instead. Avoid at all costs.
10/05/2026: We stumbled upon this unique place quite by chance, as the "industrial" restaurants along the coast were fully booked. What a wonderful discovery!
Nestled in the heart of a bygone village, we had a truly authentic experience. The menu is simple, delicious, and satisfying. The food is excellent, and the owner is very friendly.
A place that deserves to be known, and that will immerse you in history.

16/04/2026: For breakfast, we had a pain au chocolat and a Pepito cookie, which were actually quite good. We then tried a Too Good To Go, but were disappointed by the quality of the products (various hard and dry breads...). On both visits, we noticed the young saleswoman's extreme nonchalance, giving the impression that we were bothering her.

29/08/2024: Passing through Dives sur Mer, purchasing a brioche/croissant (the seller does not specify the name) in the shape of a dome. Brioche with a nice buttery taste and a flaky crust. A delight! Too quickly eaten so no photo😉
29/08/2024: A customer for 30 years, I have seen in recent years a chocolatier who certainly maintains very good product quality, but who now seems to be in the hands of unscrupulous financiers: in terms of price, it is really expensive and therefore pretentious, and in terms of service , it's nonsense: the shop is closed on a Saturday in August at 3:00 p.m. (without any explanatory paper) even though it's supposed to be open, or another time I waited alone in the shop for 5 minutes, before an employee appears from the back of the store. I should have helped myself and left!!!
