Sublime pastries, but the bill is steep. A charming and highly renowned place in Deauville. The desserts are undoubtedly the highlight: the pastries are simply fabulous, and the croissant is also worth a try. For breakfast, we had a mix of sweet and savory. A word of caution regarding the drinks: don't expect a true Italian cappuccino, though overall it's still drinkable. The prices are decidedly high (€22 for breakfast is a bit steep), but it must be said that the location and the reputation of the place come at a price. Overall, an excellent experience for the quality of the food, even if a bit pricey!

This lovely café is located in the heart of Deauville and is definitely a must-visit for anyone visiting the area. I’ve been a couple of times and have never had any issues with the food or drinks. The coffee is really good, and the soft-boiled eggs will remind you just how good they were in your childhood! Overall, the presentation of the café is amazing, with all the food beautifully displayed and always looking incredibly appetising. I will admit that the wait times can sometimes be slightly longer than expected, and the staff can take a little while to get to you. However, we’ve never waited more than ten minutes. Considering how busy the café can get at times, I think the wait is actually pretty reasonable. The prices can also be slightly on the more expensive side, but in my opinion, it’s well worth the money! I would definitely recommend giving this café a try if you’re in town!

A must-do in Deauville for a post-market breakfast! Quality products, top-notch service, and above all, incredible soft-boiled eggs with Isigny butter!!!

It had slightly gone downhill in the intervening years since my last visit. They still make some classic pastries which I appreciate, but the quality just ain’t there. Felt phoned in for tourists.

I'm a little surprised by the reviews because we had breakfast here this morning and the two waitresses were super friendly, the toast and pain au chocolat were delicious.

We had a surreal experience yesterday at Dupont's, a complete and utter mess. We ordered a hot drink and a mint tea; the atmosphere was tense, and the young waitress was unpleasant and irritated. The drinks finally arrived after an order was mistakenly placed with hot drinks and no ice. We pointed this out, and she curtly replied that she was out of ice. The next table received their drinks, and they had plenty of ice—magic! The least they could do is treat the customer with respect and courtesy; otherwise, they should find another line of work. Afterwards, they were handing out menus to customers and then coming back to tell them they were closed. This establishment is located on the main square, and it was 6 PM—strange, isn't it? In short, this is a place to avoid, as the one in Cabourg isn't any better.
