Tasty and felt like good value for money due to the size

I loved it! I've never eaten such a delicious sandwich! I personally had the Italia (without tomatoes) and my child had a Hot Dog; we devoured them! Admittedly, the prices are a bit high for sandwiches, but they're truly delicious!

The sandwich was good and the portions were generous. The prices were reasonable for a place so close to Disney. My brownie was very dry and probably from the day before. I prefer this kind of place to McDonald's. That said, the restaurant was very dirty and the service was a bit slow for this type of establishment. The welcome left much to be desired. I think the staff are doing their best, but the working conditions aren't ideal. I felt like the team was exhausted, and I feel sorry for them. I'll come back if I ever go to Disney again.

Beautiful sandwiches and not bad value in my opinion. Would really recommend and one of the best value for money eating places on the site.

The sandwich was good, not too greasy. The service? I didn't really need it. As for the atmosphere, I go there for the sandwich, not to do karaoke.

Excellent value for money, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A great place to eat cheaply and have a delicious meal. We'll definitely be back.

The wait was a bit long, but it was rush hour and worth it. The sandwich was tasty, and the brownie was delicious.

Actually there are pros and cons, but actual 4.1 does not reflect the state: in early 2026 it deserves more: - self-service via kiosks - the best choice for fast food (and for me - perfect in any case, no human contact). - quite tasty sandwiches! - average prices for such an exclusive location. - amazing view to the lake and balloon, just incredible, especially on the top floor (even the rooftop is available in warm season). Still some contras: - extremely dirty and stinky toilet. At least everything was working. - a bit “cheap” feeling from the tableware (it’s a shame to implement such an economy) Our experience was good, but we were almost alone on the top floor and thus service was quick and atmosphere was quiet, which I guess is not usual.

This is the second time now that the portions in the sandwiches (especially the meatballs) have been ridiculously small. This was my last visit; the cheese was barely visible with four meatballs in the double sandwich... what a joke! And when you point it out, the response is "that's the standard portion size." This is far from a freshly made sandwich.
