Finding an open restaurant with reasonable prices and quality food this Friday evening wasn't easy. Eat Salad once again met all the requirements. A chain to recommend, especially since they also offer hot dishes.

I stopped by on Thursday, April 16th at 9:45 PM. I met a young woman. Discreet, very friendly, very polite, and full of good advice; it's great to have people like that to keep in touch with.

No surprises like other establishments, the portions are quite generous... However, don't go to the bathroom before eating, it will ruin your appetite!!! It stinks... it really stinks!!!

On Friday, March 27th, I went to the Eat Salad in St. Eulalie. Here's what I observed: a gloomy atmosphere. No friendly welcome. Every staff member was withdrawn, even though a smile and a greeting cost nothing. The person who served me was very curt. The cashier wasn't smiling either, what a shame! There are four of them serving, no queue to serve customers, so they can do a proper makeline refill, restock the display case, have someone come around to clean the tables, ask customers if everything is alright, etc. On the plus side, the salad was good. Have a good day.

Stranded in a hotel with no restaurant, I was delighted to find EatSalad, which offers delicious ingredients for a quick and tasty salad, but that's not all—they also have two hot dishes as alternatives. A great place with a very friendly team.

10/03/2026: We arrived at 8:30 PM. There were three servers, and we waited to be seated. The service wasn't very efficient. We ordered the two-course casserole. They brought us the casserole directly, without fries or bread. When we complained, I noticed that the manager, who was very haughty, wasn't happy about it. They brought us a bread basket with only one loaf for two people. Fine. The mussels were good. After the meal, we were asked if we wanted dessert, and frankly, we only voted to leave the restaurant. When it came time to pay, the manager asked if everything was alright, in a tone that didn't reflect the typical atmosphere of the restaurant and its origins. Yes, in Belgium, we're supposed to be welcoming. No gesture, no apology. We left and went to get our dessert at Delarte next door, where we received a warm welcome.
