Honestly, what a great surprise! The welcome was so warm, all the staff were smiling, pleasant, and attentive. The service was impressively fast: my order arrived in under 10 minutes. It's really nice to see such a dedicated and professional team. We often only leave reviews when things aren't going well, so this time I wanted to highlight the impeccable service. Well done to the whole team; I think this is the first fast food place where I've seen such high standards.

Stopped by McDonald's Grand Tour at lunchtime today. Quick service and a good sandwich. The manager was pleasant and attentive, which is very rare in other McDonald's restaurants. A good experience.

14/06/2026: Best of luck to the girl at the counter who was spoken to like she was nothing by two customers who couldn't figure out whether to order takeout or eat in. In any case, she was very pleasant and always smiling.
