Hotel with a lovely location next to a lake. The reception staff are extremely pleasant and very professional. We came for a weekend getaway as a couple, but the room (Room 6) is completely impractical for two people. The two beds are pushed together and separate during the night, the bedding is unfortunately too hard, and there are stains on the sheets. The room is not at all spacious, and most importantly, there is no air conditioning... only a fan is available to cool the room. On the plus side, you can reserve 50-minute slots to enjoy the outdoor sauna and jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast is very well stocked with both sweet and savory options. It's fine for a weekend, but not for longer stays. If the few negative points I've listed were addressed, this place would be fantastic. Thank you anyway for the stay.

Dinner at the weekend, quiet location, excellent spa service, excellent restaurant. The room wasn't suitable for a couple; the bed was too small and uncomfortable.

This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 3 stars. The exterior and rooms are very outdated. The restaurant is very noisy, especially with tour groups. There are also numerous tour buses disembarking. We were very disappointed with our stay at this establishment compared to what is advertised on the hotel's website. One thing is for sure: we will not be returning.

All the staff are very pleasant, attentive, and readily available. The food is very good. The location is ideal, facing the lake and easily accessible. The only downside was that our room wasn't air-conditioned and lacked a small refrigerator.

The staff were exceptionally kind, approachable, down-to-earth, and professional. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who offered us early check-in despite the heat with our 4-month-old baby. Our second-floor room was very well air-conditioned. The breakfast was generous, and the view from the restaurant was superb (the roasted hake was a 10/10!).

The location is superb and close to the charming town of Pont-l'Évêque! The rooms are clean and perfectly functional. The welcome was excellent. We had a very good meal at the restaurant. Breakfast was also plentiful. In short, a completely positive experience for us!

The hotel meets the expectations of a 3-star establishment with a warm welcome. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The food isn't haute cuisine, but the ingredients are very good. The spa area is well-designed for use in good weather, and the option to reserve it for private use is a plus. The lakeside location is very pleasant.
